How do I order?

Select the design you would like, then on the drop down boxes on that listings page, please select the size and colour you would like. Click add to basket, personalisation box will pop up, please then enter in list format your personalisation for your order. For multi quantity orders, you just adjust quantity. Checkout once.

Can I choose the wording I would like to have on my order?

Yes! All designs are fully personalised and can be changed to say whatever you wish, please just enter this info into the personalisation box! If you would like any part of the design taken out or moved, you can request this too in the personalisation box!

What is the recommended size for the bridal iron on designs for robes, pjs & tshirts?

8” size is generally best, however you can order bigger or smaller if you wish, please just ensure to measure the area on your item that you would like the decal to go, so you have a rough idea on sizing.

Where do you Ship to?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We will be adding the EU and United States to our shipping soon.

When will I receive my order?

Current processing times will be updated as and when, and are visible on the banner at the top of the website. We will need this processing time to make your order, you then need to add on 2-3 working days for shipping.

Can I return my order, I don’t need it anymore?

Unfortunately personalised items are non returnable as they are unique and made to order.
